As genuine leather is a natural material, it will gradually develop character through everyday use. Natural ageing, softening, creasing, variations in grain or colour, and the development of a rich patina are hallmarks of authentic leather and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Likewise, damage resulting from accidental impact, improper care, misuse, exposure to excessive moisture or harsh conditions, or unauthorised alterations falls outside the scope of our manufacturing warranty.
